Regular inspections and maintenance of your Trails Tread is critical to addressing of erosion issues early. Trail Decommissioning
Occasionally the responsible thing to do with a trail is to decommission it. Sometimes this is needed because the trail is frequented by unauthorized users. Other times it's a Safety and Liability issue or to protect sensitive area of the forest. Whatever the case proper decommissioning of a trail does not mean complete abandonment.
